Centra offers three levels of cover. Service Plus includes your annual boiler service and priority discounted call-outs. System Care adds cover for your central heating system, while Complete Care also includes your gas boiler and controls.
Yes. An annual boiler service is included with all three Centra Care Plans, helping to keep your boiler running safely and efficiently.
Yes. Oil boilers can be added to your Care Plan for an additional £4 per month.
Yes. There is a 28-day exclusion period for call-outs when you first take out a Care Plan. This does not apply where Centra installed the equipment and has maintained it ever since.
Yes. Centra offers dedicated landlord Care Plans starting from £12 per month. All landlord plans include an annual boiler service, Gas Safety CP12 and priority discounted call-outs, with additional levels of heating and boiler cover available.
Yes. There is no minimum contract period or cancellation fee. You or Centra must provide a minimum of 28 days' written notice. If you cancel within the first 28 days and haven't called Centra out to carry out any work, the document states that payments made under the Care Plan will be refunded in full.
